What counts as an event run?
An event that actually happens, one that reaches its night and ends. Drafts, planning, and cancelled events cost nothing. The counter is the same events-run figure your dashboard already shows.
What happens if I run more events than my band?
Nothing stops. The event runs, you see a banner, and you get a grace period to move up a band. We do not brick anyone's Saturday night over billing, ever. Same rule for seats.
How does the AI credit work?
Every band includes monthly AI credit, spent on things like invoice checks and briefing translations. When it runs out, AI features pause until the month rolls over or you top up, from €5, one-time or auto-refill. Your events, briefings and door never pause. A euro of credit is a euro, and unused top-ups carry over.
Does AI decide anything on its own?
No. It reads, checks, translates and drafts. Every status, every send and every payout stays a human decision, yours.
Who counts as a full seat?
Owners, bookers and accountants, the people running the operation. Door staff get free scoped door access in every band. Curators, promoters and artists collaborate through share links and never need an account at all.
Does a festival weekend count more than a small gig?
No. One event is one event, whether it is two floors and fourteen slots or a single act in the bar. Slots, floors and venues are never metered. Festivals usually land in pro or unlimited by event count alone.
