for independent music events · berlin
Running a music event is craft.
We treat it like one.
Eventflow takes the operational work of running a music event off your plate. Booking intake, lineup planning, artist briefings, guestlists, invoices, on one source of truth shared by everyone in the room. The spreadsheets and group chats that hold a night together until they don't.
01 · what's broken
Every event deserves infrastructure as good as the artists.
Independent venues take the bets the big rooms won't. They hold a standard, build a crowd, and program nights that mean something. Then they lose Tuesday afternoons to lineup admin and Wednesday mornings to invoice chasing. The admin crept in while no one was looking, and it is eating the craft.
That is the part eventflow is built to take away.
02 · where we stand
Other tools plan the night.
Eventflow runs it.
Booking calendars are a solved problem, and the good ones are genuinely good. But the calendar was never where the week went. It went to everything around it. That is the part we built.
One lineup underneath all of it. Change a set time once, and everything already knows.
running it
only here
- A live artist link that flips from briefing to door to invoice by itself
- Per-person check-in that knows who rides free, who pays half, who pays full
- Invoices AI-checked against the agreed fee, VAT and KSK aware, before you read them
- Briefings generated from the lineup, in the artist's language, sent on your word
- A constrained planning room for guest curators, with a budget and your approval
planning the night
solved elsewhere
- A booking grid with set times
- A guest list at the door
- Cost fields on a booking
- A document upload for the rider
- Role access for external promoters

Four surfaces, one source of truth. Click around.
These are the real surfaces in miniature, with invented data. What the artist opens, what lands in their inbox, what the door runs on, and what a guest curator gets. Every one of them reads from the same lineup, so when the plan changes, they all already know.
05 · who built this
A working Berlin club used to lose Tuesday afternoons to lineup admin. Eventflow does it now. Same artists, same standard. None of the email.
Eventflow is built by people who program multi-floor club nights in Berlin, with years of running real rooms behind every decision. Every feature has to survive contact with a real night before it ships. We build it because we needed it.
Built for the people who program the rooms.
